About this tool

Wheel of Regret is a free "what should I eat" wheel: a food decision wheel that picks dinner (or lunch, or a 3 AM snack) when nobody can choose. It works in your browser, needs no app and comes with more than 350 dishes ready to spin.

Wheel of Regret is a food decision wheel for the nightly question nobody wants to answer: what are we eating? Start with eight options, spin, and the wheel decides. You can add your own dishes, remove the ones you're tired of, or tap Add 10 more to pull ten new picks from a list of more than 350 classic regrettable foods.

Your wheel stays the way you left it. Nothing shuffles behind your back, and every spin is saved in your history so you can prove the wheel chose biryani three nights in a row.

It's built for couples, flatmates, hostels and families stuck in an endless "you choose / no, you choose" loop. The wheel's verdict is final. Regret is optional but likely.

Who it's for

Couples

End the "you choose" loop in one spin.

Flatmates and hostels

Fair picks for shared orders.

Office lunch

One wheel for the whole team.

Solo eaters

When every option sounds fine, let chance decide.

Tips & tricks

  • Add only dishes everyone already agreed to before spinning — then the result is final.
  • Use "Add 10 more" when the wheel feels boring; it never adds duplicates.
  • Keep the wheel between 6 and 12 slices for the most readable spin.
  • Check your history to stop the wheel choosing biryani four nights in a row (or not).

Little questions about Wheel of Regret

Is the spin really random?

Yes. Every slice has the same chance. The animation only adds drama.

How many items can the wheel hold?

Up to 24 slices, so the text stays readable.

Where does "Add 10 more" get its items?

From a list of more than 350 dishes that people commonly regret ordering.

Is my wheel saved?

Can I use it for things other than food?

Yes. Clear it and add anything: movies, chores, who drives.

Can I remove a dish after it wins?
